What we collect
When you submit our consultation form we collect what you type: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your answers about the project (who you are, project type, location), your project note, and your preferred contact method. If you call or email us, we keep the normal records of that conversation. We do not collect anything you don’t give us, and this site does not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your request. That is the whole purpose. Your details go to our office so we can respond and prepare for your consultation. We may keep your information on file so we have the history of your project when you call us years later.
Contact preferences
Email is required on the consultation form. Phone is optional. We use the details you provide to respond to your request. You can choose email or a phone call as your preferred contact method.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers. The only third parties that touch it are the services that run this website and deliver our email, and they handle it solely on our behalf.
Your choices
